My side really cramps up if I laugh too hard.

This is really embarrassing at work, cause once it cramps I cant straighten it out unless I go through some contortions and sometimes have to lay down in my car and R E L A X until it subsides. Does anyone else experience this?

I did when I was younger but now I don't get that I choke and lose my breath . I would stick to getting the cramps . It ain't like grasping for air . Have a great day .
