My sim's lifetime goal was to max out all his skills so I had him do it and now it won't recognize it?

Did you max the skill with a hack at all. If you did you will need to go in and remove one bar from each skill and then have your sim max that one last bar the old way, by reading, or cooking, telescope, etc..

When I use a hacked object to keep my sims happy and also use it to max the cooking, mechanical, etc. They wont have that in the memory as something they accomplished because we did it for them. So remove one of each and have the sim learn that last one and Viola, they will have it in their life memories.

If you did it the regular way the first time, it may be a bug in the game. I am not sure how to fix that.
