My sim could make a virus with the medicine thingy what does that do?

ok i my sim got sick so i going to make a medice then it said MAKE VIRUS i made one it said virus complete careful what you do with this

then i click on the medice thing again it says is dispose i tried other sims it the same thing i made a NPC vistor i lock her in there with the virus for 2 sim days nothing hapens the medecine thing just says make medice and virus and offer lesons

When you dispose of the medicine there's an extremely high possibility that if your Sim does get sick from that virus they will die. It gives the worst form of the flu and it's highly possible that they will die unless they sleep a lot in the game...
