My sim has a flat face how do i get ride of that!??

In my game my sim has a really flat face and i was just wondering if he would grow out of it, or if there is like a mod or something to make his face normal. If your wondering he is a child

did you make him or was he born? if he was born, then that could just be how his parents features just so happened to combine..it happens...sometimes the children just come out weird :)

oh yeah..i don't think you can fix that....but to prevent it from happening again..when you make your adult sims..after that..go to the make a baby(still in the make a family place) option and see how some of them arre going to come out..go through a whole bunch of them...male/female..even check out what they're going to look like when they are a teen and adult
