My sims 2 adult male still going to school?

to begin with, i have the inteenimater mod installed. ok, so in strangetown, johnny grew up to an adult and i moved him out and combined him with his teen gf ophelia spector. they lived together until she grew up as well, but the school bus still comes for him. why has this happened? he was going so well in his job and he got fired because of non-attendance giving him 'bad grades'! is there a mod i have to download to counter this? its the first time its happened!

if he was an adult, he wouldn't need to go to school, he probably would need to go to college. there could be a bug in the game and you may need a patch from http://www.modthesims2.com

It sounds like you have a hack conflict. Usually the Inteenimater (deliberately) causes the bus to stop coming 7 days before the teens turn into adults. I have never heard of it causing the bus to come after they have turned into adults!

Do you have any casual romance or woohoo hacks? First and foremost these will cause conflict with the Inteenimater.

If you can't easily identify the hack that might be causing the issue you can download the hack conflict utility detection program from http://www.simwardrobe.com/. It's under sims 2, then programs. It will be able to tell you which mods you have that are conflicting with Inteen.
