My sims 2 person has black stuff smudged all over her pretty little face!?

Question

help me!! My sim has recently been in a electric accident and now her face is permenently scarred with the same black stuff all over her face! I've tried changing her appearence and makeup but it dosen't work. On the bottom screen her face is normall but when playing her and loading her face is HORRIBLE help!! I don't know how long I can look at her! LOL
