My sinus have be bothering me for 2 days I took a sinus pill yesturday. Today when I sneeze it BURNS!! ?

The burning starts at the top of my neck down my back, to the front of my arms and fingers. It's really scary when it does stop burning My arms start tingling. I'm scared to sneeze now! I thought is was just a sinus cold. I haven't taken any meds since yesturday.

Schedule a doctors appointment but in the meantime the only sinus meds that work for me in the Mucinex D in the red box, only takes a few days to go away after that
