My sister and I have plans to see WICKED at the Pantages Theater in LA. Can you recommend a place to dine?

We prefer to go before our showing at 8:00 pm. We don't want something too expensive either. I mean if it comes down to it we might just wait and go to In n Out after the show, but I'm hoping someone can give me some restaurants worth checking out, got any we should avoid? It needs to be within walking distance of the Theater also.

Speaking from experience with theaters in other cities... make your reservations to eat several weeks in advance. Even before a show things tend to get filled up if it is anywhere near the theater. Have fun at Wicked!

there is a nice place just a few doors down called Hollywood & Vine...  not too expensive, but not cheap either

Mel's Drive In is just around the corner and fun for those visiting Hollywood.  It's not fancy and family friendly.
