My sister behind in school?

Im teaching my sister in school and she knows her ABCS and her shapes and colors and shes three. is she behind?

Your sister is doing just fine.  And she's lucky to have a caring big sister who wants to help!  Read to her every single day.  Take her for walks and talk about what you see on your walks.  Put some music on and sing and dance together. Play with her, and talk, talk, talk!  She will learn lots just from interacting with you and talking with you.  Be sure you really listen to what she says and respond to her questions and comments.  She will be learning new words, learning social skills, and learning about the world around her, and these are such important skills to learn.  Sometimes they get neglected because we get too focused on ABC's and 123's!

No not at all.  She may be a little ahead. Next step is to teach her the numbers! Soon she'll know her shapes, colors, alphabet, and numbers. Good luck with her!

No she's not behind. Kids seem to learn their basic abc's, colors, etc. at different points in time. Just keep telling her new things everyday. The best way of education is through communication. Best of luck. Be safe.
