ok i woke up at 4 with my sis cause she was crying and kicking me off my bed and she does this every night.she cries and kickes and says no.she is three years old and u can never understand wat she says.im tired wat should i do?

My 4 yr old son does this sometimes. It used to scare me but over time, we hae realised that even though he sits up and appears to be awake and say's hes tired, he's actually still asleep. I took him to the doctor as I was concerned and the doc said it's kinda like sleep walking. They don't know they are doing it. Just comfort her. Apparently most children do grow out of it. Hope this helps.

maybe she is having nightmares or just wants you to be awake with her with whatever problem she is in. I suggest that you should comfort her in the night and she will do to sleep
