my sister is 20 yrs old and was aiding and abedding motor vehicle tampering and under age drinking, along with some other stuff was given a large fine she was living in Minnesota but did not have her license switched over yet, since she did not pay her fine like she was supposed to she had her license revoked in The state of Minnesota, she is now living back her in Oklahoma and has been driving my car and I was wondering since she does have her license suspended in one state is it suspended here also?

  1. Suspended in one State, suspended in all States. You are going to be the scapegoat if she has an accident for allowing a non-licensed (which also means non-insured) driver to operate your vehicle. Your insurance can refuse to pay for any damages she causes.

  2. chances are yes she is supended in Okl as well...all that is needed to find out is to call the Division of Motor vehicles and ask!

  3. Its still suspended.  The state records can be seen by all the other states too.

  4. She needs to get a lawyer and get this cleared up or she will never be allow to drive legally again.

No matter which state you get a drivers license in, it is good for driving everywhere. So if her license has been suspended she can not drive anywhere legally.

Do not let her drive your car. Any thing happens with her driving and your insurance may not cover it. Not to mention she could get taken to the police station for driving on a revoked license.

  5. A suspended license is Suspended no matter where you go!
