  1. Call Child Protective Services on her before your niece gets hurt.

  2. People get really stressed out at thier kids don't they? Maybe you could ask her if she even realizes how much she does this? she might think about it and not do it so much then. Worth atry don't u think?

  3. She sounds like she needs parenting support.Where is your mother? If she is not around you should talk to another family member and tell them what is going on.Someone needs to help her immediately. You don't want her to start abusing her child. She needs to understand there is someone to help her if she is frustrated.Maybe she feels like she has to carry all the weight. She is asking for help?If she needs a time out offer to babysit if you are old enough. So she can go to the movies or hang out with friends. And so what if she yells at you.Ask her did she finish and what is really wrong with her.

  4. Talk to your sister.  See what is going on with her life.  Is she married?  Maybe she is having marital problems.  When people yell at people, it is usually because they are under a lot of stress, or because somebody they love very dearly is not listening to them, or cooperating with them...

  5. tell a shrink

    or your parents

  6. tell your sister, that she's only two and she's bound to make mistakes and goof up and draw on walls and stuff. tell her that she is being really immature and she is just a child, and she is going to grow up yelling and screaming just like she is now. you need to tell her now, or your neice is going to have a really messed up life...

    ...trust me....
