My sister has a Motorola

Question

My sister has a Motorola SP4200 router with a Netgear WPN824v2 wireless router/accesspoint/switch connected to it. Previously she had the SP4200 connected to port 1 (not WAN) port on the Netgear as it is being used effectively as a wireless switch. She had a couple of laptops, and a desktop connected and everything worked fine. My nephew tried to connect his wireless XBox360 yesterday and now nothing works from the Netgear side. Sister can still connect the desktop through the Motorola with no problem proving internet connection ok but Netgear does not want to play ball. Any ideas?
