What she is doing is her freedom to do and you don't have any right to stop that. But you can tell her that there are alot of screwed up people on the internet, and she doesnt want to attract any stalkers/predators. That should scare her enough to stop.

It's none of your business. If you stick your nose in there you're just going to drive a wedge between you and your sister. The only thing you could do is humiliate her and make her hate you. It's not up to you to make moral decisions for her.

Tell your parents so they can take the internet away from her.Then take her to all the  parents of the people's houses she has sent the pictures to to inform them of what she has done and apologize.This will embarrass her and humilate her and she will think twice about doing that again.
