Filipina?  She was most likely sold into white-slavery.  It's also possible she ran away from her employer and is hiding or maybe working illegally at another job.  Women from the Philippines experience horrible abuse in the Middle East.

Did you contact the agency that placed her there?  Have you contacted her employer?  What about the UAE authorities?

You need to call the United Arab Emirates' Embassy in DC

or go to one of the consuls in a major city.

What is her citizenship?  If it's U.S., we have strict privacy laws that may prevent the consulate from telling you anything.  Either way, remember, it may not be that she's "missing", but rather that she doesn't want to be found.  I'm thinking there's much more to the story than this -- domestic violence, psychiatric trouble?
