Why should she get any grants because she is 60?  I am 71 and all I can get is a bus pass.

if you live in uk then at 60 years old you can get reduced gas and electricity through e-on which use to be called staywarm  i am disabled that is why i am on it i pay 87 pounds a month for all my electricty +gas combined i live in a detached house with 3 bed rooms if i wasnt on this my bills would be at least 150 a month

You will have to  be more clear about what you mean.  If she is on a state pension, then she can probably get pension credit.  Get her to contact her local council.

well she can get free bus travel (i think)...
