  1. I did it.  I went on Weight Watchers and I joined a roller derby team.  It worked for me.  I lost 70lbs in 1 year.

  2. lol

  3. see www.indiastudychannel.com/resources/ & open article "tummy reduction"

    join gym

yoga is very good for tummy especially pranayam exercises....

avoid oily food. Also decrease the sugar consumption. Drink lots of water, cut down on sweets and junk food. run, walk, do swimming, etc

Take plenty of green vegetables.Hot water has capability of liquifying fat. Fat will be decreased if you drink hot water

  4. unless your like 5' even then you should not lose that much weight.,  cut your carb and desserts and start working out you can loose that much in three months.

  5. I lost 64 pounds in 9 months by doing weight watchers and exercising four times per week sometimes five and doing strength training.

  6. I lost 40 pounds in four months (6'1", 210lbs to 170lbs).  I ate a little more healthy and exercised about 20 minutes four days a week, but the real change was in monitoring my food intake.

I used a program on my Palm called Calorie King.  It is a 50,000+ food database and has most common foods and a lot of restaurants.  Everything that went in my mouth went into my Palm.

The basics: I ate 1800 calories per day (I ate a little more on exercise days), but on each fourth day ate 2400 calories to keep my body from going into starvation mode.  I removed all the calories from what I drank, shifting to more solid food (an orange in the morning instead of orange juice, for example).  I was a little hungry for the first month, but liked it, as I felt the changes were effective.  After that, no more real hunger.

I've kept in off for two years now and feel fantastic (I know how to eat now and no longer need to use the program).  Don't try drastic diets: change how you approach food.

  7. that's easy if you are really willing to do it!

2 basic things to do ... eating healthy food .. and exercising hard

eat more fruits and veggies ... more water ( wonderful for the skin too) .. reduce fat from your food .. visit this blog http://flat-stomach-tummy.blogspot.com you'll find lots of tips and information ..

and the second thing is to exercise .. in the blog you'll find lots of helpful exercises and explanations about them .. (look into previous posts) ..

    good luck

  8. I just recently lost 32 lbs in 3 months, it's definitely possible for you to do that, only if you can get rid of fat easily.

The most successful way: eat healthy, exercise.

Eating healthy does not mean RESTRICT your calories!!! it means eat a variety of foods such as complex carbs, fruits, veggies, fibre, and protein!!

And you know what, I weighed 190 in May 2008. I'm now at 158 and I still splurge now and then on ice cream and stuff so don't deprive yourself of that!!!

and if you're not the kind of person who likes to go to the gym or 'work out,' then do something fun!! my weapon is competitive swimming.  I LOVE it and it makes me feel SO much better than going to the gym!!  and I also play Dance Dance Revolution!!

but if you need to lose weight FAST then go to a sauna!! you sweat off pounds in those =)

and PS when you work out, eat lots of protein prior, because your body burns protein first.  (eggs, milk, meat, beans, cheese)

  9. Your best bet would be a lifestyle change.  Don't try any crash diets or weird infomercial diet pills/equipment, no matter how tempting it can be.  Instead, learn to be healthy.  Carry a water bottle around with you all day and keep sipping on it to be hydrated, and get at least 30 min. of exercise at least four times a week.  Cut down on little things that you don't really need, like soda or potato chips, but don't deny yourself the occasional treat.  Cut down on snacking between meals, and don't eat less than three hours before you go to sleep.  Try to eat healthier and add more veggies and fruits to your diet, even if it's just v8 juice.  All in all, just make little lifestyle changes like these, and you'll have plenty of time to get trim and healthy.  Good luck!!  :)
