My sister is in the hospital and her chances of getting through this are really low. I don't want to go into details on here, I just need a little comfort I guess. I'm totally freaking out! Do you have any advice?

  1. Heidi..

So sorry to hear that you sister is seriously ill... my advice.

Try to stay calm.. and present.. in the moment.  Pray.. even if you don't believe in God.. Remain hopeful.. hold on to the odds that she will recover.. regardless of how low they might be.

Enjoy the time that you have with her.. do what you can to help her feel better.. and go easy on yourself and your family.  Stress and worry can drain and leave people edgy.

God Bless.. sending you and your family well wishes and strength..

    hugs to you.

  2. oh dear... i'm so sorry. if you're worried sick, try writing every single thing you're worrying about on a piece of paper. then cry, if you want to. and pray, i will.

  3. Don't worry. She wouldn't want you to. I have a sis who i am close with also and i freaked out last week when i thought she was extremely ill. I can't image what you are feeling. I just hope and pray that your sis will be alright. She needs you to be strong for both of you and your family. I am so sorry to hear that you have to be dealing with this and especially your sister. She is only 14 and so sick. I hope a miracle happens. No matter what, i am sure she wants you not to worry and to be happy. I hope you feel better, be strong. I pray and hope that her treatment will go well and that the docs do whatever they can to help her. The best thing you can do for her right now is to be strong and focus on the fact that right now she is still here. Enjoy the good times and bond in the bad. Sisters are a blessing.

  4. dont worry..in this time, you must gve more support to your sister..make her happy..

  5. PRAY...good luck

  6. Omg one of my worst fears. Try to stay calm spend as much time with her and just let her and yourself be happy and hopeful. Keep telling her she'll be alright and tell her to stay positive. If you can both pray together 2 is better than one. Be positive, Hopeful, and calm. Don't be too anxious with her or she might get nervous also try not to cry in front of her. I'm so sorry. I wish you the best of luck. Lisen to Jordin sparks no air it helped me through my sisters operation.

  7. Spend as much time with her as you can in the hospital. I mean, what else is there to say?

  8. why are you so worried? if she is in the hospital getting treated she'll probably be fine
