My sister is out of control. HELP!?

My sister is now 19 years old. But she has been telling people she's 2-3 years older for as long as I can remember. She's promiscuous and rebellious. The only thing is, is that she lives on her own (through HUD paying her rent) and she has a child. You would think she wouldn't be so rebellious when she has nothing to rebel against anymore (parents). What is wrong with this girl!?

you didnt give her the freedom she needed when she was younger and now that she has it shes gunna use every moment of it and take advantege of it sorry to hear that

I have a brother that is 29 the same way but he lives at home with mom has 3 kids and is a drug head but you know some people you just cant help but pray for the children maybe one day you can adopt her kid and report her for child neglect and if she gets mad beat her up or call me.

She doesn't think ahead.If she is doing anything to endanger her kid, you call CPS though.

She is lead by her emotions and desires.She only cares about the here and now and does not think ahead.She will when she is 50,alone has went through numerous men and has several more kids and has lost her looks.

Seems she developed the attitude of I dont care since it seems you mom let her do as she pleased, did your mom have that attitude? She needs to grow up, that usually happens when you have a baby, but apparently not for her, its sad. But she needs to grow up and be responsible, clearly nothing has happened yet to change her ro give her cause to change or be responsible. Good luck, all you can do it encourage and love her~
