  1. yes they will

  2. I WOULD SAY YES

  3. the child will be Cyprian but will have English and Scottish blood and yes they will have to get a citizenship

  4. If you are born in a pig sty - it does not make you a pig.

If you're born in a plane over Spain, it does not make you spanish.

It doesn't matter where you are born but what nationalities your parents are.

Since there is no such nationality as Scottish or English according to the passport system, the child will be British.

  5. You are making no sense. The child would be considered a mutt. Most people are these days. That is a bunch of different races.

  6. i think it will be all. not sure really.

  7. They will register the baby as British.  They have a certain amount of time to do so, but her husband will be able to get all the details from his Admin Office.

  8. British.  They may be in Cyprus but they are serving in the British Forces, so of course their child will have British nationality.  It all seems a bit obvious to me.

  9. As the child of a serving member of the armed forces, their nationality will be British. There is no question of having to apply for citizenship or a visa.

  10. yeah

  11. yes

  12. Your sisters kid is in luck.  He or she will be able of have multiple passports and nationalities right off the bat.  English of course,, Scottish and I am not sure about the rules in Cyprus but its a destinct possibility.  My friends just moved to Hong Kong for the birth of their baby in order for the child to have the opportunity to have multiple passports.  The child has British, New Zealand, United States, China and Vietnamese.  Am I envious or what.

  13. Hi, Your sisters baby, will be born British she is on a Sovereign Base, and will most probably be born in a sovereign hospital, because both her parents are British and  Daddy is serving with the British army, she will be registered as British but born in Cyprus.

  14. i am an example of this situation with different countries. the child will be cyprian and the parents will have to file for citizenship for the child when they get back to the UK. They will not be foreigners.

  15. The nationality.... you mean like... what the kid looks like? It won't be cyprian that's for sure. The child will get citizenship for whatever country they will call a permanent home most likely.

  16. all3 and cyrprain cause the child was born there
