My sister is secretly mean and im not secretive when im mean back so i get in trouble how do i stop this ???

my older sister is always like nice try b*tch in a whisper but then im like shut up loner but i scream it and even when i whisper it back 2 her shes like mom hailey said this and i get in trouble and they dont believe me cause shes older ONLY BY A YEAR !!!!!! help me stop her or bust her maybe even comebacks idk just how ?????!!!!!!!!!????!!

Next time she says something mean to you...before you say something mean back..tell your parents what she said and if they still dont believe u then try recording it somehow..I wish I had more ideas to tell you..but I just hope it works out for u!! :)
