my sister is so self concious about how she looks..shes so skinny and beautiful..but she wants a boob job...she has an a cup. should i convince her not to et her b***s done or should i let her??

You don't say how old she is, which could help us answer,

Has she looked up all the information, possible side effects, what could go wrong, Has she found a good doctor that she trust and has a good reputation, if she has done all these then i'd say you should support her

dont let her do it.

tell her that everyones body is different, and she is a beautiful girl, and that she should be happy with what she has, and maybe they will even grow a bit.

just tell her she has to learn how to be comfortable with her own body, and she has to look at the positives instead of the negatives.
