She brought back suveneirs and all that, like a normal person would, but at night she gets really deppressed, I've never been in love, so I don't know, heres the deal, she has this boy over there, when she lost lots of money he secretly took her in his dorm even though he'd get kicked out himself if he did, so its serious, she sleeps on the couch cuddleing with the jacket he gave her, how do I make her feel better?

They talk to each other on MSN but she's still sad.

I would talk to her about it. Sit down with her and tell her that you've noticed she's been a bit depressed. First ask her if that's the reason why then make it clear that you will be there for her if she wants to talk. You'd be surprised how much such a little offer such as that can help some one so much.
