In my opinion you should confront her infront of her friends, and ask her if it makes her feel good to know that she hurts you, ask her if it really makes her feel cool, and then ask her friends if it seems really that cool, It must be embarasing, but by sticking up for yourself infront of her friends and taking her off guard might make her stop and think and she might stop, if not then I would definatley tell on her because that is not safe and it could cause a lot of problems on your down there area... hope I helped!
