My sister needs to lose 20 pounds and shes got 10 months to do it?

hello my sister asked this question , she's 5 ft and 4 in. She's an 11 year old girl and she weighs 125 pounds, shes said she really wants to be thin because shes got flubber and she said wide legs, she wants to lost 20 pounds in 10 months (in 10 months summer camp starts so she wants to looks nice) and it would really do her good. I don't want any answers saying, shes a young girl and she doesn't need to lose weight. This is what she wants and I want to help :). We go to the gym mostly everyday on treadmill and such. She's trying not to eat after 6 . So what would be a good diet thing for her? we got cardio CD's if that helps, how should she eat, exercise and such to lose 20 pounds in 10 months or less. thanks so much I really apperciate it. no rude comments please. thanks

  3. well 10 months is a long time u know its possible to loose 20 pouds in a month... ok first of alll nooooooo cereal in the mornings thats he worst thing u could eat its all sugar... second make her fruit salads with fat free strawberry yogurt on the side..... second if she wants to drink something nice for dinner or lunch let her drink iced tea  like diet snapple lemon iced teaaa.. it does not taste badd trusttt me!! drink it cold and whe your thirsty.. and if u go to a buffet or resturant choose on the salad menu or u can eat fish thats pretty healthy. try to go to the park or beach alot more often swiming is a really good exersize cuz u use mostly all your muscles in your body... i have way more ideas hit me up on my e-mail (luisneverlisten@yahoo.com)-------------... do listen is just my e-mail
