My sister!! please please help!!?

i am so confused. she gets jealous of my other step sister and we're all the same age, but in different families. i have hated her since i was little and i have tried since last year to make things better between us but she always puts me down and i know i do stuff to her but i dont think its nearly as bad as the things she does to me. she makes fun of me to make herself feel good and i am about sick of it but i am afraid to stand up to her. she always gets mad at me when i wanna habg around my friends instead of her because at least they treat me better and i can get along with them. i love her because she's my sister (step sister actually) and i feel like i have to and i am confused. any ideas on what to do??

stand up to her and try to find a common interest (something like music) it sounds kinda lame but it works trust me i have a sister and she is nice to me when we are doing something that we both like (we both love AFI and cooking)
