  1. leave her alone

  2. since she's 20 you have to wait 24 hours, butthen its missing persons, she can;t "run away" because that is illegal because its for underage people

  3. If shes almost 20 thats not really "running away" she leagal can leave your house with our parent consent. So i highley doubt she will get in trouble with the law.

  4. If your parents report the car as stolen, then yes she will get into trouble with the law, otherwise she hasn't broken any laws, but for taking off with a car that wasn't hers.

Whatever happens I hope you sister is safe, and not into any trouble with the guy she ran off with.

  5. You cannot 'run away from home' at the age of 20.

You are a full grown adult, maybe she isn't mature, but she is legally an adult. If your parents call the police to get the car back she could be in some trouble, maybe the guy could, but probably not.  I knew a girl that took her Mom's car after she was 18 and the parents didn't press charges the cops just brought her and the car home again.
