not true. technically yes whatever you consume will show up in there but only trace amounts, not enough to even bother. you have nothing to worry about.

ok, anything that you eat or drink will be passed through your milk.... not literally though!

if you take medication, the chemicals will pass through your milk. the food you eat, the nutrients pass through your milk.

it's not like the sperm is actually going to come wiggling out of your boob! whatever nutritional value the sperm has (high in calories and protein) will be passed through your milk.
