She has to learn from her own mistakes. If she was irresponsible enough to have s*x without a condom or any other form of contraceptive, then she needs to learn that there are consequences. I'm not saying she has to have a baby and live the rest of her young life as a mom, but finding out she is pregnant was probably difficult on her and made her think about what she did and how it's affecting her.

What she needs to do now isn't think about the s*x she had with your step-brother and your parents don't have anything to punish her for. This situation doesn't call for punishment. What she needs to do now is be responsible.

She needs to figure out what she's going to do about the pregnancy. She needs to find a clinic that's clean and safe and friendly that will give her an abortion or to look for an adoption agency that will help her find a loving, caring, and ready family.

You can help her out with the last part, but otherwise, there's nothing you can or need to do.
