  2. no. if she does she'll get a bad overbite, and a gap. This is because when you get a tongue ring you develop a habit of pushing the ring against your front teeth. It happens, and it's a nasty habit.

  3. there ok some times but i wouldn't recommend it.

    My friend got one and the ways she talked never when back she always sounded a little funny, it chipped her teeth really bad! and it kinda gives people the wrong idea about you.

  4. This, as you know, is a terrible idea due to risk of infection, pain-just to name a few. Can you introduce her to someone who has had a bad experience w/ tonque ring? Can you give her some literature to read on it?

    Another approach is to act like you could care less. She might enjoy all the attention she's getting.

    Your parents have the final say-at least until she is 18.

    Remember, we all make bad decisions. This can be a good thing if we learn from our mistakes. You can tell her how you feel and then, just let it go. You can't control her.

  5. No! Getting your tongue pierced hurts like crazy, can easily become infected, and is overall disgustingly ugly. Don't let her!

    it can also chip your teeth.

    i used to have one and it got infected so i had to take it out... pretty gross. definitely not worth the $45.00

  10. No! There are several studies out that show a Huge Correlation between Tongue Piercing and Heart Attacks in YOUNG People, under the age of 25. Also, studies have been done that correlate Tongue Piercing and Central Nervous System Disorders. I do not Recommend it for anyone.

NO! its not a great idea...its bad for your mouth and ur teeth..and the tongue can become infected..and its too much responsibility!! if she really wants it then u should look up the consequences of tongue piercings on google and then show her...maybe that will change her mind or even maybe let her now what she is really wanting to get into...just be really careful they are very dangerous!
