My sister wants to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy in FL and asked me to print forms and send to her as it's cheaper

than her buying a packet. Anywho, I got to the website and found a list of forms but I have no idea which ones to print. Isn't there a list of forms needed listed by form code or something?

Hoping she knows what she is doing...She will have to pass a means test per the new laws. Take the required credit counseling classes, there are two, file her motions and submit all the paperwork correctly. If not, her case will easily be dismissed. Consulting a good bankruptcy attorney to handle the proceedings would be best and most see you on a first free consultation. Well..if you don't know, best to ask her which ones she wants you to print....if she doesn't know...her case will never get handled properly and get dismissed for missing documentation.
