  1. Yes.

    It will cover the mother, as she is a listed insured on the policy.

    However, it probably will not cover the baby once it is born.  The second the baby is born, it is a separate patient, and grandma's policy probably doesn't cover grandchildren.  

    So, look for some health insurance for the kid, and get it lined up BEFORE the kid is born, so it can be effective upon birth.

  2. If your asking if the pregnancy will be covered it will depend on the type of coverage you have. If the policy is an individual policy the pregnancy and delivery will not be covered. If the policy is a group policy there is a chance the maternity coverage will extended to her. This is only a chance and you need to contact the insurance company.

    The bad news is the pregnancy makes her ineligible for any other coverage until after the baby is delivered.

  3. Yes, as long as she continues being their dependent.  It won't cover the baby, though.
