Unless you want this child to grow up without anything, You need to tell your mother. A child deserves to be brought into the world by parents who can afford it, I don't think that your sister can. It's not fair for the infant.

Is she still a kid?  If so, I would tell your mother.  Pregnancy isn't anything to mess around with.
