My site says i am not excepting invites, what else would keep me from connecting with all things marked open?

I have several sites and want them to be connected togather, when i send an invite it says i am not excepting invites at this time. all settings are set as far as i can tell and others can send invites and be excepted.ANY SUGGEATIONS?

This is happening on alot of pages. U can go bk into Settings n make sure everything is set correctly, but most likely it's just a glitch. Yahoo! Is working on a brand new profile page that will replace our 360's sometime this year  so, unfortunately they r no longer fixing the problems that come up on our pages.
