My site will not come up when site address is typed in?

what is up with this? I pay money for this? it gose to a screen that says site could not be found or my not exsit. what is this saying to potencial customers???? and I should not have to go through the run around to get help.

to assist you better, please provide your domain name.

Check whether your account is active or not, ie billing

You can also check the nameservers of your site. Also check your A and CName records.

Also check if you spelled your domain name correctly.

Make sure your index page is index.html.  If you have changed it or titled that page, say, homepage.html, it will not come up and no one can find you.  So check your file manager and rename your home page to index.html.
