I have owned a few cats in my life (this one is my baby), but I never seen anything like this. Is she the only one?!

  1. It sounds to me like your cat is missing something in her diet that she is trying to get from the metal, such as iron or something like that. My suggestion is to take her into the vet and explain to him/her the situation. They will probably run some tests and put her on special food or a supplement. It is not uncommon for animals or even humans to do this sort of thing when they are lacking in nutrition, and although the cat food you are feeding her may say "complete" or some other such nonsense, many animal food products out there today do not have everything that they need.

  2. idk i only had one cat. it never did that. ask a vetranarian
