  2. to get enought power u want a fast bowler and a nice knocked in bat and as soon as the ball flies at ya lean slighly on to the back foot and hit it clean off the middle of the bat Hope it helps

  4. Eat french fries before the game. This has helped me immensely. Besides that you many try a light weight short-hand bat.

  7. You need a good nutritious diet along with strengthening the muscles. Work out for it. Not to increase muscles, though.

    Even a good bat and technique will not help if you do not have the strength to smash the ball.

  9. Find the middle of the bat with a full toss on a pitch with a short boundary. This got me 2 (nearly 3) sixes on Thursday. Note: I can't get too much power from my arms (I lack upper body strength). Therefore, to get power into my shots I have to time the ball even better than someone with a lot of power in their arms. In fact them two sixes tripled my six tally in competitive matches from 1 to 3. All three were well timed shots to the short boundary - you need boundary size awareness.
