My sixteen year old sister is pregnant. What should I do?

Alright, so my sister leads an extremely irresponsible lifestyle. She doesn't live at home, she drinks, smokes pot, cigarettes, and lives in a house with a bunch of older guys. I'm fourteen and I found out today that she's pregnant. I was extremely shocked (honestly thought she was joking for the first five minutes). She isn't sure who the father is at all and she seems to take everything in a very jokingly manner. I doubt it was because of horrible parenting that this happened because I am completely different. I've never done any of those things listed above and I don't plan to anytime soon. I'm just really concerned and I have no idea what to do. I know that I need to have compassion but it is really hard because she doesn't seem to care about the bad decisions that she is making repeatedly. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Tell your parents.Its gonna be HARD, I got raped and its hard and I'm tryin' to live a normal life.  Your sister is gonna effect her baby A LOT if she keeps going on how she is.. thats if she doesn't get an abortion or miscarries..

Im the same. Im 14 and MY sixteen year old sister is 7 months pregnant. She fell pregnant when she had only just turned 16 in January. I was very shocked at first because she went out alot,drunk,smoked. She lived, and still does, at home. It was a bit better because the father was her boyfriend. I thought she was gonna turn her life and all our lives upside down. We have 3 kids under 8, me, my pregnant sister and my mum and dad. We thought that if she had a baby, she would continue to be irresponsible and go out with her friends still. But her pregnancy has turned everything the opposite way. She never goes out and is looking forward to being a great mom!! Your sister might change when she realises whats ahead. Trust me, when she sees her baby it will bring out the best in her! Stay strong. Your gonna be an auntie =]

IF SHE DOES ALL THAT, I HOPE THE BABY ISNT DEFORMED.

WOULD UR PARENTS TAKE CARE OF IT? CAUSE I WOULDN'T WISH THAT LIFESTYLE TO ANY KID...MAYBE U GUYS COULD CARE 4 IT IF THAT WAS THE LAST RESULT OR SOMETHING

there is nothing you can do .just be supportive and help her through then maybe one day she will learn her lesson

I would just suggest to stay strong and make sure you keep a positive role model in your life and definitely make sure not to follow your sister.  It sounds like she needs some help.  Find an adult you trust to talk to about your sister and keep your friends as a support system.  Good luck.

you are a remarkable kid.. You have standards that keep you on the right direction. It is sad that some teenagers does'nt have standards in their life and they just do whatever they want to do or go on with the flow.. You should be there for her always.. yes she might not know the father of her unborn baby because she slept more than 1 guy a night which is unimaginable but be strong and always be there for her...

Tell your parents, she needs an adult to help her and she needs to decide what she wants to do with the baby. Good Luck xx
