My skateboard fell into the bay tonight and I have to wait until 6 am during low tide to find it. What's the worst that will happen to my skateboard?

  1. mhmm could get eaten by a whale or shark.

it could break...someone might find it an take it....umm..alot of  bad things can happen to it...

good luck with finding it though..:]

  2. It could have floated off by now... someone could've taken it... etc.

  3. either the salt from the ocean will degrade it, or a shark eats it. Interesting how it "fell in the ocean" hope you get it back.

  4. a skate could eat it

  5. sand in the barrings..basicly ruined barrings and wheels. if it soaked up the water for to long it will peal the layers away and ruin the whole deck.

  6. Your wheel bearings will probably be ruined pretty soon.

  7. get eaten by a whale or a shark

  8. hmm... it could..

    -get covered in seewead

-get bitten in half by a shark

-or my personal favorite, it could float to a secret underwater world where it would learn magic tricks so that, when it washes up, you are subjected to a soggy piece of wood telling you to "pick a card, any card" every 5 seconds for the rest of your life.

    the end.

  9. the grip tape will have gone to c**p and u will need to replace that as it will no longer have any grip to your feet, and maybe you may need to replace the trucks because they may get rusted for those few hours its been in the ocean.

other then that, the board should be intact as long as it didnt pound into rocks

  10. a fishy could eat it(:

  11. the deck will rot, the grip will fall of, trucks and hardware will rust, bearings will get ruined. yep

  12. The worst thing? That it got washed away and isn't there when you go to get it.

  13. HAHAHHAA

for some reason your question made me start laughing...

    that deserves a starr!!

IDK what will happen to it.. probably just be water logged

honestly i dont even know if youll get it back though

  14. umm.. there will be a huge tsunami or hurricane and then it will break into a million pieces that go to a bunch of different country coasts.

  15. Okay I don't want to be mean but your board will be pretty much destroyed depending on how long it was in the bay. The salt water will make the berings and any other metal rust and most likely your board will start to peel apart. So that won't work. The grip tape will be soft because of the sand rubbing over it and depending on how long it was in there the wheels could be ruined or maybe not. I'm sorry I hope it wasn't an expensive one. And if you don't mind me asking how did it get in the bay???? Anyways don't hope for the worst think of the best. And maybe your board might just need a few things. Good luck!

  16. waterlogged

  17. It could get washed away, really wet, decompose in the water maybe, eaten, or broken.

Well if it is washed away it will likely show up on the shore days later.

  18. the worst thing is it will be so rusted that you wont be able to use it

the best case might be that you could save it if you dried it right but probably not

  19. a lobster might break it trying to do a claw stand on an underwater sand dune that resembles a half-pipe

  20. it will get waterlogged as we call it since your board is made of wood it absorbs water then the board swells up and when it dries it become brittle and be a whole lot easier to break

  21. gets washed away,

    people come and jack it

    shark eats it

    other animal gets it

  22. rust on the metal parts and maybe making the woodwork rot and soften. it really depends if u got it dry fast or slow and how long it stayed it the ocean

  23. It will sink..rot...and live with the other wrecks

  24. It might get eaten by a shark. Remember in Jaws the movie, when they cut open the shark, they found a license plate.

  25. The worst thing? You probably won't find it. :(

  26. Well pretty much the trucks and bearings will rust. plus the trucks will squeak a whole lot. The griptape will have no grip left on it, and the water will ruin the board as well. not sure about the wheels though.

you might as well get a new complete board.
