My skateboard was in the water how to fix?

this little girl threw my skateboard in the water it was alright for awhile but the next morning it was really slow and i just got new reds bearings what are the parts responsible for this and how to i fix it

It probably ruined your bearings and your griptape coulf be messed up.your deck is probably gonna lose a lot of pop and won't do as well from now on.

but your grip tape and bearings

were most likely ruined
