My skin get tanned due to 2 hour spending in swimming pool ,i forgot to apply the sunscreen?

Unless you buy a skin whitening lotion or tablets (Filipinos are quite obsessed with Glutatathione here you know), you can't do much about your tanned body.  But you can avoid sun damage in the future by using a sunscreen.

If you want to get rid of the tan - theres not much you can do.

If you want to fix up your tanline (i.e. you're a black guy waist up, but a white guy waist down) then just get a tan that covers your entire body and it will be less visible, because the paler skin will be more prone to tanning, therefore closing the gap between the two tones of skin.
