so i went on vacation about almost a week ago, and when i came back my shoulders started peeling, now my shoulder and some parts along my arm are patches of different shades of colors. Schools about to start soon and i dont want to have peeling skin!

Around how long does it take for it to get better?

And how does it get better.....? Does my whole arm peel?!

Or only parts where i forgot to apply suntan lotion.

This is my first time peeling and its so gross.

  1. Rub your nose against a rock in your cage to get the old skin split there and then slide between two rocks that will catch the ends of it and then slowly peel the old skin off onto the cage floor. The old skin will be inside out on the floor and your new skin you have been growing over your scales will look all brightly colored and shiny! People will be amazed at how good you look with your skin shed and will tell you that you are the most gorgeous reptile-looking thing in the country!

  2. dont worry you may have a sun burn

  3. don't panic, you probably just have sunburn. it will all go way before you know it. in the meantime use aloe gel. i always use it when i get sunburn. its great! oh.. and make sure to put it in the fridge. its better when its cold.

have a good school year :-)

  4. Try using after-sun moisturizer.   You can help it along by peeling the skin that comes off easily.  Otherwise, aside from applying the moisturizer, you really have to let the peeling run its course. Usually in about a week the peeling should be almost done and the worst will be over.
