My skin seems to move like there is a bubble under it? any ideas?

sounds like a twitch in a nerve - happens to me sometimes where my leg/arm/eyelid begins to twitch for no reason

Sounds like a sebaceous cyst. Harmless but check with your doctor.

I THINK IT IS WATER RETENTION.

Often this is associated with high blood pressure.

Get the chemist to check it out and if he thinks it is dangerous he will refer you to your doctor.
