My sky+ box keeps freezing and I can't play back some recordings...any ideas how to fix?

Mine kept on doing that as well. When a programme freezes up and won't play, don't delete it. If you keep it on it shouldn't freeze up any more programmes. That's what I did. If it keeps carrying on then phone up Sky and they'll sort it out.

it's all about the turning off and turning on again, that's the first thing Sky will tell you to do, but what do we expect with digital, freezing, crashing, lost recordings, failed recordings, great stuff and we pay extra for the privilege ;)

have you tried unplugging it all for 3 mins ,or phone them up and complain
