  1. Try a new filter i had exactly the same issue plus my internet was far slower than it should have been change it around and it was going it its full speed and both incoming and outgoing calls didn't affect it

  2. Ensure you have filters fitted to every phone line in the house, including the phone line into the back of your sky box. If you don't have enough order some more from Sky.

  3. this happens to me as well with bt

  4. Are you using micro-filters to connect your ADSL to your phone jack?

If not try using them to see if this resolves your problem.

  5. This is usually an Exchange fault as the equipment goes faulty and can't do both. Please check all your equipment with someone that has the same to prove that it's not your modem or filters and then report the fault to Sky, inform them of the fault and they may send out a BT/Openreach broadband engineer to sort out the fault. Be warned if the fault lies with your equipment YOU will be charged for the call out. Good luck.

  6. You need to fit a filter into your phone socket, then plug your broadband into that.
