Question:

My sleep is messed up.?

Lately I was sleeping out of schedule. I'd sleep in the morning, and wake up at night. When I finally fixed it, a new problem arose. I sleep at 9pm till about 1am, I wake up and I cant sleep for two hours, then I fall back asleep till 9am. Do I have some kind of disorder, I hope not, cause school starts in a week. Please help!

  1. I am 13 and I have the same problem before school starts and during the whole school year. It is probably just because you are nervous.


  2. You'll get back into the routine when you have to get up every morning for school.

    I do the same thing when I'm not working or going to school - I'll stay up until 4 or 5am and then sleep through until afternoon. One you have to get up for a reason your schedule should reset on its own after a few days.

  3. i get this all the time in fact im doing it now haha but what i would suggest is to not sleep for 24 hrs and stay awake then during the day you will feel tired and sleepy dont go to sleep till the time you want to start going to bed eventually your body will ask for sleep and you will have to go to bed...or even if your not sleepy go to bed you will get bored eventually =]

  4. It's probably just anxiety.  Exercise and making yourself get up in the morning will help you sleep at night.

  5. sleep is to be in night only ,pl. reschedule your lifestyle, if not getting sleep,take a bath, have some snacks ,read some book  while reading u will get a sleep.
