My sleep routine is taking its toll...?

For the past 4 months I usually I fall asleep around 4 am then wake up around 8 am. I just can't seem to get tired. I've listened to music, exercised, taken a bath, drank (disgusting!!) warm milk with honey every single night. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm very crabby throughout the day, I hardly eat, my relationship is going down the drain because of it, no s*x drive. Could this all be from the lack of sleep? Whats going on please! I haven't had any major changes in my life besides this.

  1. go to the dr and ask for medication.

  2. It may be your mind that wont or cant shut down. I have psychosis and need drugs to stop my mind moving so I can fall asleep or I stay awake for days. See your doctor to find out.

  3. The first thing you need to do is figure out why your s*x drive is low and try to help get it back.  I was in your situation and it's not fun without being horny and feeling in the mood when needed.  I also felt like my orgasms (if I would even get one) were really weak.  Probably because of my s*x drive.

However, I tried exercising and dieting but nothing seemed to be working.  I thought I was screwed.  I then found something just as amazing as the vibrator.

My friend at work told me about this stuff she took to raise her s*x drive.  It was a natural herbal supplement and was I lucky to of found it.  Theres no side effects and the s*x drive is just tremendous along with orgasms that are blasting.  The stuff is called Hersolution pills.  At the time I saved money on them at herenhancement.com

What I did was tried out for 3 months and that was really it.  I found taking them every other day or so was the best to stretch it out. After the months were up, I was back to normal with a beating s*x drive and my o****m strength in increased so much.

Well good luck and I hope this helps.

  4. You need to reset your body clock. When you get up sit in the brightest place you can find. The bright light sets your body clock as to when you should wake up. What are you doing in the evening? sitting somewhere too bright I'll bet! Watching a bright TV or PC screen? You need to make yourself quiet and dimly lit around the time you should be getting to bed. No need to force yourself into bed, if you aren't tired you wont sleep, better to quietly read or something relaxing until you are tired. It will take a couple of weeks to get back into routine so try not to get too worked up.

  5. Are you exercising too close to when you are going to sleep?

Maybe you need a totally dark and quiet room? Try taking some sleep supplements like melatonin and maybe get checked for Vitamin deficiency's? So i had a lot of trouble sleeping and a friend recommended taking some Calcium and Melatonin to sleep then you aren't taking sleep aids that lead dependence's. Also is your bed uncomfortable? Also are you getting  enough sunlight during the day? Sunlight also helps adjust your melatonin and vitamin D naturally!!! So if you are indoors all the time  go outside and take a stroll when instant so hot outside!

    I hope this helps!

    TAke care!
