My sleeping pattern? (addicted to the laptop)?
okay, so, lately, i have been using the laptop way too much!!
im starting college in 2 weeks.. i need to sort out my sleeping pattern
i have been using the laptop until 5am!!
i wake around 1to3 in the afternoon, have a good day.. turn on the laptop at around 12, and get hooked until 5!
this means about 8 hours asleep
and 14hours awake,
is this ok ?
well, still i want to improve it
so, its 6am now.. ive been awake until about 1pm,
should i get up now, and go have breakfast, and stay awake until 9pm? then go sleep, and sleep until 8hours later? will this be an ok method of sleep pattern? or will today be h**l? since im staying up for about 32 hours?
reply soon, then i will know to go to sleep, or go eat breakfast.. lol x
