The earliest I go to sleep is like 2:30 am and I wake up 12 hours later.So like last night I went to bed at 4:30 am. I didnt wake up today until 4:30 pm. Im going back to school soon and Im gonna have to wake up at 5:30.Anyone hane suggestions on how I can be able to go to sleep and wake up at a decent time?Thanks.
