My sleeping schedule is wackedd outt?

The earliest I go to sleep is like 2:30 am and I wake up 12 hours later.

So like last night I went to bed at 4:30 am. I didnt wake up today until 4:30 pm.

Im going back to school soon and Im gonna have to wake up at 5:30.

Anyone hane suggestions on how I can be able to go to sleep and wake up at a decent time?

  1. go to sleep 12 hours before 5:30


  2. I think the easiest and fastest way is to just go to bed at 2:30 or whatever and get up at 5:30. Yep - 3 hours of sleep BUT - that night you will be ready to go to sleep at a more decent time.  

  3. You have to get into a routine.  Set your alarm for 5:30am and sleep at 2:30am.  The next day, you will be so tired you will be able to sleep at 12:00am and the next day 10pm, etc.  Don't take any naps!  Do whatever you have to do to stay awake, drink coffee, go exercise just don't take any naps.  This is only assuming that you have school coming up real soon.  If you have two weeks, you could gradually get into a proper sleep schedule.  

  4. oh shitters! thats me haha well try excercising a lot to get yourself tired like 3 hours before you go to bed! whenever i go running at night and come home i just wanna knock out.. but lately ive been on the exact same sleepibng pattern as you..school is on 2 weeks! d**n! haha
