My slick MP305-1 player won't do anything

Question

when i turn it on it say file system on the screen and when i tried to install it with windows hardware wizard it say it is connected but is not working properly code 10. But the funny thing is I bought three in all for my sons the other two worked just fine with no problem plugged them in the usb and they connected with no problem to my media player but the one will not do anything I can't do nothing but turn it off and on. Please help with three sons and and two working mp3 players is not fair to one of my sons.
